Thanks, John Denver!
Yesterday morning I saw a bald eagle along the Swatara Creek. The photos are not the eagle I saw, but I searched the web until I found two photos that duplicated my eagle experience and here they are.
I was a teenager when John Denver sang: "I know he'd be a poorer man if he never saw an eagle fly," and I always thought he was right.
He WAS right.

And here I am, wading through lyrics either about cooking someone's organs and eating them or transcending the astral plane of existence to achieve timelessness beyond the stars, when I should be listening to John Denver and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
Damn it.
Leave it to you to interpret it as mandating a change in listening habits instead of a simple Go Outside.
